Bellissimo! What a wonderful first time experience at L’Arte. From the welcome & service from Jordan, attention to our table from Manuel & the professionalism & hospitality of Alberto, we knew instantly this would be a great experience. The food did not disappoint, freshly produce, presented and prepared with care and attention by the head chef who I made a point to thank after our meal. L’arte (Cockfosters, London) I honestly don’t know why it took me this long to leave a review – I’ve been coming to L’arte for over two years now, and every single visit has been an absolute joy. This place is a gem. It’s an authentic Italian restaurant - No pizza on the menu, and honestly, it doesn’t need it. What they do offer is a beautiful variety of fish, seafood, meats, and classic Italian dishes, all prepared with real care, precision, and flavour that never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent – from perfectly grilled sea bass , salmon , halibut , lobster to rich seafood pasta or a beautifully tender steak dish and an amazing desserts. Everything is fresh, well-balanced, and full of that honest Italian soul. The portions are generous, the ingredients top-quality, and the presentation elegant without being overdone. But it’s not just the food. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and just the right kind of lively. Whether you’re here for a quiet dinner or a night out with friends, the place makes you feel at home. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely care – you feel it in the little things. L’arte isn’t just a restaurant I go to – it’s a place I trust, return to, and always recommend to others. It’s five stars, hands down. If you’re anywhere near Cockfosters and love good food, this is where you should be.

For transparency this is my second review. Once again the food was great and the service was friendly & outstanding. This restaurant fully deserves the great reviews it’s receiving.

Great food, simple and delicious. So happy to have a good Italian in the area. I came back with my partner, the food is still excellent. The device was very slow however but given it was dinner and the quality was great, I feel it's ok. The fried zucchini were delicious, my lamb was perfectly cooked, and the portions are very generous.

Excellent all round. Great service. Very friendly and attentive. Fantastic quality dishes, very well prepared. It is quite a bit more expensive than you would expect, so be prepared for that, but highly recommended

This restaurant was amazing! The food, staff and service was excellent. This is possibly the best restaurant in Cockfosters. Our waiters were excellent too. A big thank you to Momo, Jordan and Florin. I hope to see you all again soon.
